R + J

Nope, not Romeo and Juliet, but a pretty fantastic love story, with a much happier ending.

I had the pleasure of spending my first shoot of the spring with these handsome gentlemen, celebrating their engagement. And they were armed with props.

We began our shoot in some special spots around their home before heading to the Morris Arboretum.

Morris turned out to have a lot of great spots for photos, even on a drizzly, not quite totally spring day. All the better for cuddling up, right?

Could they be more fun and adorable? Actually, yes, they could. Wait for it...

Boom.

I certainly look forward to seeing more of the R + J story unfold, with a lot less sword fighting and a lot more laughter than the original bearers of the initials.
